1. Service
WebAssure provides continuous monitoring of websites for compliance drift signals, including comparisons over time and evidence exports. WebAssure does not provide legal advice or certify compliance.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the websites you add and your compliance decisions.
- You agree not to use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.
- You must keep your account secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use rules. Prohibited behavior includes abusing scanning, attempting to access data you do not own, or interfering with the service.

4. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify the service to improve functionality, security, or compliance with laws.
5. Intellectual property
WebAssure and its software, designs, and trademarks are owned by WebAssure or its licensors. You retain ownership of your content and artifacts you generate (subject to our right to process them to provide the service).
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, abuse, or security risks.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that WebAssure will identify every issue or that your website will be compliant.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebAssure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
